We partner with trusted global carriers and fulfillment providers — including Amazon FBA, DHL, DPD UK, Evri, Yodel, and Royal Mail — to ensure safe, timely delivery of all orders.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a tracking link once your items are dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Timeframes

Fulfillment & Carriers

We use a combination of fulfillment methods to best serve our customers:

  • Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon):
    Selected products are stored and shipped directly from Amazon fulfillment centers for faster, tracked delivery through DHL, DPD, UPS, or Royal Mail.

  • Dropshipping & Supplier Fulfillment:
    Products shipped directly from our verified manufacturing partners (including Alibaba suppliers) are inspected and shipped with international tracking.

Every shipment includes a tracking number, which is automatically emailed once your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Sample orders may have flat-rate shipping, while bulk and custom orders are quoted individually.
Promotional free-shipping offers apply automatically when eligible.


Delays & Customs

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier backlogs, or unforeseen events.
Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if any) are payable by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch or arrives damaged, contact support@tldhc.store within 7 days.
Please include your order number and photos of the package or item.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Multiple Shipments

Your order may be fulfilled from multiple locations (Amazon FBA warehouses or supplier hubs).
If so, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers at no additional cost.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We cannot refund or replace orders delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
